<Personal Information>

TOP OCEAN Co. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") will safely manage your personal information in accordance with the following policies, and will use it currently and in accordance with its intended purposes.

       1. Acquisition of Personal Information

- When acquiring personal information directly from customers, we will clarify the purpose of using it before accessing such information. 

- Except in cases where we have obtained the prior consent of the customer, we will only acquire the minimum amount of personal information necessary to archive the purpose stated in 2.

        2. Using Personal information

- Except in cases where the customer has given prior consent, the Company will use the obtained personal information ONLY for sales promotions purposes, such as products information, lifestyle information, various special offers, and sales processing, such as orders, layaways, repair processing, shipping, and after-sales services. 

       3. Safety Measures Concerning Personal Information

- In order to protect the personal information of our customers we established internal rules, including personal information management rules, which will be properly applied.

- We will take any necessary and appropriate security measures to protect our customer's information against risks such as unauthorized access, falsifications, loss and leakage of personal information.

- We will appoint a person responsible to ensure if the personal information is thoroughly protected. In addition we will strive to educate and enlighten our employees to raise awareness of security, and provide the necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure the safe Management of personal information.

       4. Provision of Personal Information for Third Parties 

-   We will not disclosure or provide any information for third parties except in case of following cases:

-   When we receive the consent from our customers;

-   When we are required to cooperate with a judicial or    administrative agencies or organizations which we are legally obliged to provide such information;

-   When we need to do so to protect life, body, property of a person or other important interest, as defined by Personal Information Protection Law;

-   We will take any necessary and appropriate security measures to protect our customer's information against risks such as unauthorized access, falsifications, loss and leakage of personal information. 

- In the event that we disclose or provide the personal information to a third party, even with a consent of the customer, we will make arrangements with the third party regarding the protection of the personal information and we will take all possible measures to protect it.

      5. Correction and amendment of personal information 

- We will endeavor to keep your personal information accurate and up-to-date.

- In case we receive any request from a customer to disclose, correct, discontinue of use his/her personal information, we will promptly respond to the request (Note that such request may be subject to certain restrictions or expense of the customer).

- Our Company will establish the “Customer Service Center” to respond to all the requests, inquiries and consultations regarding personal information.

- Please refer to the “Customer Information Inquiry Center”  for requesting disclosure, suspension of use, etc. of personal information.
